HEJA SWEDEN

When Camilo was told that he was going to model for Liewood, he already had sky high expectations. His big brother, Felix had told him how sweet the team waas and how much fun it was to work for them. According to Camilo, the job fully lived up to all his expectations.

We began the journey in our home in Stensløse and drove all the day to Limhall in Sweden. On the way, we made some cosy stops for ice cream and burgers and of course we had to stop by a big Swedish candy store. We were staying at Hotel Salt & Sill – a very cool hotel where the rooms are on top of the water. The hotel rooms had direct access to the water, where you could go swimming, go in the sauna or use the bubblebath on the roof. On the first day Camilo almost went swimming in the cold water and chilled out in the sauna followed by a lovely dinner at the restaurant.

The first day of the shoot took place five minutes from the hotel and we were sorrounded by lots of big, beautiful klipper. Liewood had brought a big bus all the way from Denmark, where Camilo got assigned his own spot. Camilo was shooting with some other sweet children fom Sweden and a girl named Elba, who became a really good friend. The two of them were also staying at the same hotel. Camilo was there all day having fun with the other children and the sweet Liewood team meanwhile exploring the rocks. After a long day we met up with Elba and her mother and enjoyed a dinner at the hotel together. Afterwards, we went to try the bubblebath outside. It was a starry night, so it was very beautiful. 

The second day took place in a rented house, where we we going to shoot both pictures and video for the winter season. Both Camilo and Elba were attending as well as some sweet, younger Swedish children. Olaf, the camera man, and Camilo has such great chemistry and Camilo thought he was so funny.  

Afterwards, we were heading back home to Denmark for day tree which was taking place in a cool summer house. This day they were shooting pictures and video of clothes and toys both in- and outside of the house. 

Camilo enjoys being a model because you get new exciting experiences and make many new friends He loves being in front of the camera. If Camilo was to decide he would spend every day modelling instead of going to school.
