As a model at Le Management Kids, you engage in a close collaboration with us as an agency, which is based on mutual trust and a desire to work together. We want you to be with us because we are the best at what we do and because it is where you want to be. Therefore, we see no reason to work with binding contracts. Being a child model is a hobby, just like football, singing or other leisure interests. Modelling aims to give the child new, exciting experiences. Therefore, it is crucial that it is in the child’s own interest to participate in modeling jobs.

EXPECTATIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES

There is not one way to work as a model. Some models work several times a month, others a few times a year or less. The job opportunities vary from photo shoots for catalogues, advertising and e-commerce within different industries. The possible jobs could be for the clothing, shoe and toy industry both nationally and internationally.

Most of the jobs we offer our models, takes place in or around either Aarhus or Copenhagen. Modelling jobs primarily take place on weekdays during regular working hours, hence it is expected that the model can work during this period. You are always welcome to turn down job offers, as we are aware that it must fit into your everyday life.

WORKING CONDITIONS

It is essential for us to ensure that our models and parents always work under great conditions, where the children are met at eye level. We are extremely aware that we work with children who are all different, and therefore we make an effort to prepare them as best as possible.
